Beavertown reveals expansion plan

One of the UK’s best-loved craft beer breweries, Beavertown, has revealed plans for a unique visitor experience at a new, larger production facility in the heart of London.

Beaverworld, as it will be known, will be housed at a new large-scale production facility recently secured by Beavertown and aims to be up and running by Spring 2019.

In a recent blog, Beavertown said: “We are aiming to build one of the world’s best beer/brewing experiences all within this great city of London enabling us to bring more drinkers into the world of Beavertown, to entertain and stimulate and let people see what we do, how we do it and why we do it first-hand.”

The company also revealed it has reached an agreement to expand the brewing it currently does at family-owned Brouwerij De Brabandere in Belgium.

The recent Beavertown blogpost explained: “Over the course of the next 18 months, brewing with Brouwerij De Brabandere will allow us to organically grow the amount of beer available to the trade, but also, very importantly, will mean that when Beaverworld is fully operational we will have spent serious time learning how to brew on a kit the same size and specification as we are investing in, helping us to transition seamlessly into our new home and hit the ground running.”

Beavertown is clearly marking itself as a brewery to watch for the rest of 2018 and beyond – and we will be, with thirsty intentions.
