Thank you for being here – we are eternally grateful to anyone who has looked at our site or read our online magazine, it means a lot. While you're here, it's important you know that we care about your privacy, so we would like to make you fully aware how how and why we use your data.

1. WHEN DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA?

We only collect your data when you voluntarily enter your email address into our subscription form, and we only collect your email address. We do not collect personally identifiable information from any other source. Any additional incidental data we gather from correspondence with you when answering your direct contact to us will be erased and not held.

2. HOW AND WHY DO WE USE YOUR DATA?

To send you the magazine when it is freshly brewed each month, plus occasional news letters between issues with the latest craft beer news. We may also use it to correspond with you with any questions or concerns you may contact us about. We will not share your data with other parties for marketing purposes. We only use your data to provide you with a craft beer magazine that you have expressed an interest in receiving by subscribing. We will always treat your data with discretion, consideration and security.

3. WHAT DATA DO WE HOLD?

The categories of data we hold about you include:

  • email address

  • technical data such as IP address, application version, operating system, unique device ID (as per section 6 on cookies)

  • contents of your communication with us

4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We will only store your data as long as you are subscribed and only as long as is necessary for us to offer the service of our digital magazine and news. If you unsubscribe, we will permanently delete your data immediately. If you request to be 'forgotten' by us via email contact, we will permanently delete your data within one month.

5. SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA

We keep your data securely. We will not rent or sell your sell your personally identifiable or non-personally identifiable information with others. We store your data and contact you through our email client Mail Chimp. Its its privacy policy and terms of use are both compliant with the EU's GDPR.
